Project orginally was bid as a site built project, but due to overbudget bids and timeline restraints had to be converted to modular designs. We worked directly with the architect to redesign the campus and keep the aesthetics needed for the local housing development.
Campus houses approximately 650 students. Buildings provided include Classroom Wings with natural lighting corridors, Science Classrooms, Media/Library rooms, Kindergarten Classrooms, Restooms and Administration Building.

Custom features include Natural lighting and common use corridors, pitched roofs with asphalt shingles, custom 2-toned stucco siding, custom windows.
Interiors include pitched ceilings, custom teaching walls, custom wallcovering, Restrooms included epoxy flooring and ceramic tile walls.
